Dispense the Lotion

Remove the cap and pump out the desired amount.

Step 3

Apply

Massage into the affected area until fully absorbed.

Step 4

Frequency

For chronic pain: Apply 4 times daily for 3 days, then reduce to 2 times daily.
For general discomfort: Use as needed, up to twice daily.
