Prepare the Area

Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application.

Apply the Lotion

Massage TRU-Releaf Pain Relief Lotion into the area until fully absorbed.

Use as Needed

Apply 4 times daily for the first 3 days for chronic pain, then reduce to 2 times daily. For general discomfort, use up to twice daily. Wash hands after application.
